This service works for new outdoor spaces or old yards in need of refurbishments.
This service is for hands on people, ( yes, you can do it ).
Meet with Anaya who will collaborate with you on your new design. Site planning and design,
construction “how to”, and plant selection and location are all part of this service. You’ll be
left with a sketch of the design and plant list.
An average of two to three hours designing with Anaya will give you enough information to
build your landscape project with confidence.
Some people use the follow up services for Anaya to come by the site at critical points
during construction and at plant installation and later when plants begin to mature. She is a

An average consultation takes 2 to 3 hours (see prices). Usually one consultation is adequate for owners to begin, but some clients prefer two consultations, while others prefer to book a block of time. Hand rendered drawings often are more accurate. The uninterrupted heart-hand connection allows for higher levels of creativity which in turn produces a deeper synchronicity between people and their outdoor, peaceful spaces.
Anaya’s hand rendered drawings are scaled contractor ready construction layouts. They are
intended for projects that are to be built by contractors or skilled owners. They are
essential where the project is complex and specification in tight.
When build on specification, clients often find a new sense of harmony and contentment in
their outdoor spaces. This sense of harmony increase with time as the plants mature and the
designed effects assume greater presence.
Anaya’s hand rendered drawings for residential, outdoor peaceful spaces includes three meetings with owners, conceptual sketches and drawing studio time, and copying (see prices) and they take on average 1 to 1.5 weeks to produce, over a 6 week period of time. Owners are involved with the design process and a wonderful synergy begins to happen as the design is birthed. For further information, contact us.
A separate service that is usually attached to the Design Drawings. Having Amitola
handle the project management helps avoid collapsing the design through wanton changes
to the specification. Owners spare themselves the work, time, and stress,
of getting the project built to specification. Prices are project pending.
